Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My husband and I have been trying to have children for the last 4 years. We did IVF 3 years ago and have several good quality frozen embryos. However, I am unable to carry a baby due to fibroids and endometriosis of the uterus. We had our first child (a boy) via a wonderful gestational surrogate in March and am currently looking for a surrogate to start our 2nd journey.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
My husband and I are working professionals who live near Toronto and are looking for a surrogate who resides in Ontario. We would like to be as involved during this journey as much as our surrogate feels comfortable with and we would love to continue to keep in contact after this journey ends.
