Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
The reason for wanting a surrogate and egg donor is that I am now going through the menopause, I am diabetic on insulin and also take thyroid tablets. I am concerned if I carried the baby I might miscarry or it could be deformed and we would like a healthy baby. My husband and myself have been married almost six years a baby would complete our family.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am 54 years old, of Italian and Ukrainian parents. I am a loving, caring, kind and generous person. I am 5 feet tall, slim, long dark brown hair, brown eyes and weigh 58 kilos. I enjoy travelling, the cinema, cooking, dancing and socialising. I work in a children's nursery which I really enjoy.

Dear Madam, I am writing to you in the hope that you would be kind enough to do my wife and I the greatest kindness of carrying a baby for us. My wife is 54 and I am 46 and although we have been married almost six years, we have unfortunately not been able to have a child or children of our own to make our family complete. We are both loving, caring, kind people and believe that we would make loving parents to our baby and throughout his or her life. I am a Modern Languages graduate and work for a local airline, my wife works in a children's nursery and we both have responsible jobs and believe we could provide for our child.
