I have suffered with infertility for 11 years. It was an absolute miracle we conceived Holly naturally despite severe endometriosis which has caused me to have several operations and this year I will be having a hysterectomy as I have problems now with my bowel, uterus, ovaries - you name it it seems to have been affected by the endo :(. We have been through 4 rounds of IVF unsuccessfully, many other types of fertility treatment, but unfortunately my situation is too severe and I can no longer conceive another child. So, we would like to find a surrogate to help us to complete our family through traditional surrogacy.
My husband and I have been happily married for 13 years, together since I was 17 (a long time ago!!!). I am 36 and he is 42. We live in a little village just outside of Reading called Upper Basildon, with my parents just down the road. We have 1 daughter, Holly, who is 5 and has just started school. We recently moved back to the UK from New Zealand, where Holly was born, having spent 5 years out there. We love being back in the UK and can safely say that the travel bug has now passed, much to our families' delight!
