Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We've had 3 failed IVF cycles all due to chromosome abnormalities and decided to retire our IVF journey this past March because of this. Also, I have a low thyroid that has been hard to regulate and this can cause a miscarriage even into the third trimester, so we really need a healthy surrogate to ensure a development and pregnancy. The clinic we are going through already has egg donors; however, still open to finding one on our own as well!
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I would describe myself as a really awesome step-mom to my husbands two boys from a previous marriage that we have half the time (ages 9 & 11), I am a career woman (real estate) and have an amazing husband and two bengal kitties named Bennie & Bonnie Bengal.

My husband and I have been married 3.5 years and have been trying to conceive the entire time. We started our journey with a vasectomy reversal and spent months on months wishing and hoping we could conceive naturally. After a year of trying, we moved forward with fertility treatments and had 3 failed IVF cycles due to chromosome abnormalities. This was strange to us because there are no hereditary factors that are causing this. During the IVF process I also learned I have a low thyroid that's very hard to regulate and puts me at risk to have a miscarriage even into the third trimester.That left us to look into adoption of all kinds. We have to be very careful in our approach with adoption of our boys (Caden 11 & Maverick 9). We do not want an older child that would have a connection their previous family and infant adoption can take 2-5 years. Timing is important because my husband is 45 so want to get the ball rolling on this asap. For this reason, we decided the best route is egg donor and surrogacy.Once we find our perfect surrogate match, we can transfer embryos as early as March *** :) I absolutely LOVE being a mother to my step-sons and can't wait to have one or two more children to add to our happy family. I've always dreamed of a large family and know it would bring so much joy to our lives! I joke and call my husband the "Kid Whisperer".Kids LOVE him! They think he is the funniest and coolest person ever and I love seeing how he connects with babies and young children so well! I am so grateful there are women out there willing to carry a baby for a family in need like us! This is such a selfless thing to do and I really look forward to this journey and meeting our future surrogate mother hopefully soon!!
