I have recently found out that I am unable to have children of my own due to health reasons. And I would love more than anything to be a mom.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Outgoing and fun loving individual. I love to be outdoors and love to read. I also will always be a fan of Disney movies.

Dear Potential Surrogate, Firstly, I would just like to say thank you, because what you are doing for someone who is unable to have children of their own is just amazing. I admire you're strength and bravery in this journey. I am young, (23 years old) but all of my life I have known that I wanted to be a mother. I love children, and recently found that medically, it's just not in the books for me. I can promise you that the child will grow up knowing that they are loved, and wanted, and never for a second doubt that. I will raise them in a loving and nurturing home, and I will love them unconditionally.
