Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I found out we were pregnant with our first child, and soon learned at our first ultrasound I had a full septate uterus dividing the cavity into two spaces which I was born with. They told me of all the possible risks and complications. Well late in my second trimester I was told my uterine malformation had caused the pregnancy complication complete placenta pre via. As the weeks went by the bleeding became heavier and during the final episode the bleeding couldn't be stopped so they had to preform an emergency C-section , and we lost our daughter. They attempted to repair my uterus months later and we were given the clear to try again. In the second trimester of my second pregnancy, after learning we were having another girl, my water broke and within 24 hours was in labor and we lost our second daughter. I was given the reason again, it was due to my uterine malformation that can't be fully repaired with surgery. We want more than anything to have a child, but unfortunately my uterus is unable to carry a pregnancy safely and to full term. It will mean the world to us to find a special individual who is willing to be a gestational carrier for us!

My husband and I are in our early thirties and grew up in Northeast Ohio, west of Cleveland and have been married 8 years, together 12. We lived in South Charlotte NC for five years, but moved back to Cleveland to be near family after our two losses. We have three dogs, a yorkie, yorkie mix, and beagle. We want a family more than anything and look forward to finding the right gestational carrier!
