Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have been trying to conceive for a long time and have gone through rounds of unsuccessful IVFs. We really want to increase our family hence we are looking to seek a serrogate that will give our child the sister or brother he desperately long for.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a married heterosexual couple in our early 40's with a child. We are British national from African backgrounds and are both in full- time employment.
