Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had to have a hysterectomy due to health reasons in *** I still have my ovaries and are in the early stages of IVF to create some embryos.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My partner Dale and I are in a blissfully happy relationship.I am a midwife and Dale is a prison officer so we are a busy working couple.I have 3 grown up daughters from my first marriage and Dale does not have any children, we are desperate for a child of our own and to become parents to our very own baby.Dale is amazing with my daughters and will make a fantastic daddy, we really hope someone will help us.

Dear potential Surrogate, Thank you for reading, we realise that as I have already 3 grown up children we might not seem the most deserving of IP's but Dale is just as desperate as any woman to have a child of his own and I would do anything to have his baby, we would be so grateful to anyone that will give us a chance, we are a really easy going, fun couple and would do everything we can to make the surrogacy journey as easy as possible for you.Please get in touch for more information we would love to hear from you x
