Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We feel our family is not quite complete and I am now unable to have children myself and would love to be able to have a surrogate assist us in completing our dream

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a young at heart fun loving family that isn't quite complete, Me and my husband have been married for 7 years and we both feel pur family is not complete. We both work, My Husband full time, Me part time from home. We have a son aged 9 (from my pervious relationship that my husband has officially adopted) and a bouncy springer called Harry! We spend our time away from work outside be it walking, playingnon the beach or my Husbands big love of racing anything we can do as a family. I unfortunately 5 years ago I had to have a hysterectomy after recurrent misscarage and it means we are never going to be able to complete our family and we have discussed for some time (years!) Surrogacy and we feel now is the time for us to make our dreams come true
