Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Having undergone chemo, bilateral mastectomy and radiation I am no longer able to carry a baby as the risk of getting cancer again is too high. I desperately want another child to complete our little family. I have frozen embryos and am looking for a surrogate to help make this dream come true.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Fun, outgoing and loving person. I am intelligent and hard working, yet family comes first. I am happily married and have a beautiful daughter conceived naturally prior to being diagnosed with breast cancer.
