Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I was born with a syndrome called MRKH. Basically, I was born with out a uterus. I am on a waiting list for a uterus transplant.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a volunteer 5 th and 6th grade aid at a private school. I also do In home Care with Elderly people. I am very active in my church. My husband and I also teach Sunday school. I’m very out going! I Love to spend time with my friends and family.I Love to do arts and crafts.

Dear Potential Surrogate, My husband and I desire to have a biological child of our own. We are interested in a couple who has a faith based background. We are interested in someone to carry 2 embryos. We are homeopathic, but not dead set on an all natural birth. We are interested in homebirth with mid wide, but not dead set on it. No smoking or drinking. We would like to be apart of this journey with you. And if you are interested in a relationship after, we would be willing to discuss this with you! Thank You In Advance.
