I am a Mom to 2 babies born via surrogate in Russia, I began consulting couples and families about Russian surrogacy because it is much cheaper than US, having a child adds costs and you will need the money for many things. Having a child in Russia is easier not only on a pocket, but process wise as well: no court to visit, your name goes on a birth certificate, also a baby gets free healthcare at birth, please reach out for more information.
