Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
When I was 17, I was diagnosed with MRKH. I was born without a uterus & a partial working ovarie. When I heard the sentence "you will never be able to have children", was the most hardest thing I would have to come to terms with in my life. I believe there comes a time in a woman's life when she finds her life partner & she is ready to become a mother. I believe my time is now. (With help along the way of course)
How would you best describe yourself(s):
My partner & I are a down to earth, fun loving couple who were lucky enough to find each in a small country town a couple years ago. My partner is a police officer who has been in the force for over 10 years (who does have children from a previous marriage), & I have devoted my years to working with animals, children & admin roles. Any time around family we have is a cherished & enjoyable time, with memories made for life.
