Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I'm in need of a gestational surrogate because 1 1/2yrs ago I had to undergo a partial hysterectomy, which left me incapable to have my own biological child. A gestational carrier will be my saving grace by allowing me the opportunity to have a family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I'm a 38 old year old woman with no children. I come from a large loving family of 6 siblings, mom, dad and grandmother. I finished High School went to College and then joined the Military (Airforce). After, I seperated from the military I joined Law Enforcement, which I've been apart of for almost 12 years. All my life I have been focused on my career and now I'm ready to settle down and start my family.

Having a child is the most precious gift a person can receive. I'm asking you to help me turn my dream into a reality, and allow me to experience motherhood when I thought all hope was loss.
