Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My husband and I have been married for almost 4 years. 2 years into our marriage we decided to start a family and quickly realized that something was off and I was diagnosed with infertility due to PCOS. For the last 2 years I have struggled with infertility and have tried various fertility treatments. In December *** we had a successful IVF attempt and I became pregnant. Unfortunately, we lost our son at 21 weeks in April *** I have since tried unsuccessfully to go through another IVF and have had to keep canceling cycles because my body was not responding properly. My husband and I want nothing more than to start a family and to heal from our loss with a baby of our own. I hope to one day be able to carry a baby on my own, but since that is not a guarantee we would like to find a surrogate so that we can start our family.

In April, it will mark one year since we lost our baby and there has not been one day since then that I have doubted how strongly we want to be parents. I am not sure if I will ever get the chance to carry a baby on my own again but know that myself and my husband will be amazing parents and will be forever grateful to the amazing soul who will be able to help us on this bumpy journey! Since I have already been through the IVF process, we have frozen embryos that are ready to go. I am hoping for a miracle and to find the right person to make our dreams come true!
