Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I'm 38 years of age and been wanting to have another baby or child my son will be turning 16 and he is a only child I had compmica8with him when I had him and then when he was 3 I had a etopic pregnancy leaving me devistated cause I lost the baby and it was a girl and then when I went back to the Dr's they told me if I got pregnant again that it would be a 50/50 chance me or the baby would survive and I had other problems so I had to have a hysterectomy done back in *** which was the hardest thing to choose to do so I've been checking into different ideas like surrogacy and adoption for a baby

I'm 38 years of age I work hard as a caregiver plus I also babysit so I'm good with kids I put others first ahead of me I don't drink nor smoke only on occasion I drink
