Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I have fertility issues which lead me to have IVF which was successful with my 4 year old son after several attempts. I had a difficult pregnancy with many complications and then a unexplained miracle pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage which lead the Drs to advise that any further pregnancy wouldn't be wise. I feel that I'm meant to be a mother, I really enjoy caring for children. My son also really loves being with other children and don't want him to lead a lonely only child life.

I'm a positive, easy going in nature, friendly person. I love to read, travel and learn new things.

Dear Potential Surrogate, My husband and I wish to express our deepest desire to have another child to grow our family and the only way that this can be done is with the help of an extremely caring and amazing woman. We would be grateful for the gift of life as we know how difficult and precious pregnancy can be and amazing at the same time! That you would offer to give someone the ultimate gift that no amount of money could buy is truly amazing. My son, he is truly precious and I would love for him to grow up with a best friend that only a sibling can be. I cannot do that on my own but with the help of you, this can be achieved. Please consider us as you evaluate the potential Intended parents and I can only hope and pray that you are the right person for us and we are the right people for you and a harmonious relationship that will be there for a lifetime will grow from this. Thank you for even thinking of being a surrogate, its truly an amazing thing to do for someone.
