Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Due to the Cancer treatment my wife received, our only option is surrogacy. We wish to have a family and experience the beauty of parenthood.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a fun, active couple with a large family around us. I have 2 sister, and she has 2 brothers. Our families are a mile away from us, and we do at least 1-2 meals weekly with them. We work together in a family business which allows great flexibility in our schedule. We try to live a healthy lifestyle, and love trying new things.

We are a professional hetrosexual couple, 42 and 31, living in Southern California. 3 years ago, my wife underwent treatment for Cervical Cancer. Due to the treatment, we were informed we could only do surrogacy or consider adoption. We have a frozen embryo, and wish to begin the path to surrogacy. We have been in a relationship for almost 10 years and have a 5 year old Maltipoo, and now desperately want to complete our family.
