Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We want to use a traditional surrogate as I am unable to produce eggs and I am unable to carry a baby to term.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
My husband and I have longed for a family for many years, we have tried IUI's and IVF which diagnosed me with Premature Ovarian Failure. We then used a family member as an egg donor which gave us two embryos, we transferred the first embryo which resulted in a miscarriage and the second was transferred on May 24th and I am currently having symptoms of another miscarriage. We have no embryos left.
