May I start by adding, we do not have preference of country, it's the individual... We married nearly 8 years, I have not fallen pregnant , now I am unable to, due to menopause. My husband has none of his own, and his desire and inner most wish is to have a child of his own. My husbands religion allows a second wife if I don't give him a child, but the thought of this emotionally hurts us both, it's not an option. We are a normal loving couple, just looking to complete our family, have a child to love, nurture and cherish.
