Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had cancer at the age of 4.I developed heart and lung problems from the radiotherapy.I conceived a child at the age of 21 in *** with my ex partner.Which was a very complicated birth and which nearly killed both me and the child.I was in hospital for 6 months.I now have a beautiful son who is 11 called Taylor who I adore more than anything.I met JACK my fiance two years ago and plan to marry in *** we long to have a child together.I've been told since having a stroke in *** I will most definitely die if I went through with it.I can not put myself, my son and fiance through that.So our last hope is surrogacy.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Fun loving couple living in Brighton west Sussex near the sea.We love being together and spending our time with family.Family is very important to us.We love going down the beach and having family days out.We are due to get married in May *** and can't wait for this day to come.There is only one thing missing from our little family and that is a child who comes from both of us.

Hi there My name is Clare, I'm 32 years old and my fiancée Jack is 24.We are due to be married in may *** has always been a dream of ours to start a family of our own although we can not make this dream reality due to my severe health conditions.I was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer at the age of 4 and due to cemo and radio therapy I am left with one lung and a heart and lung condition.Giving birth naturally for me would result in death.No matter how much of a blow this has been to us as a couple we are determined to make our dream of having a family come true.We have been searching high and low for over a year now and have come to the conclusion that agencies etc are very expensive due to myself not being able to work.This means we are surviving off my partners income alone.We are looking for someone whom has the want and desire to help a couple realise a dream.We are currently living in the Brighton and Hove area and are willing to travel.Unfortunately we do not have a wealth of money to offer so if there is anyone who wants to help at all it would be greatly appreciated.
