Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had to have an emergency hysterectomy and although I still have my ovaries I am unable to carry a child and deeply want another child.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I have been married for 12 years and have never been able to have children together. We have two children from a previous marriage - ages 16 and 14. We are college educated with occupations as a teacher and in the real estate industry. For medical reasons due to an emergency hysterectomy after the 14 yr old, we have never been able to have children together, which we have always deeply wanted. We have a wonderful, loving family and yearn for an addition that would be a blessing to our family. We have discussed this with our two children and they also are fully excited and welcoming of the whole thing. I own my own childcare center and as a teacher I love children and deeply want to have another child. We are a very loving family that would love to expand. As a parent already, we know that bond and love and want to .make that grow
