Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am a transgender man. Therefore I cannot have children. My s/o had 4 beautiful children and had gotten fixed before we got together. Those kids are my kids, but I didn't get the opportunity to raise them being as they are all mid to late teenagers now. I would love the chance for my s/o and I to add to our family and raise a baby together.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Im 20 years old. I am a very outgoing and enthusiastic person. Love to be outside, whether it be working or playing with the family. Im very family oriented. My significant other is a very caring person. We love to go for walks and bring the dogs out and about. We do smoke cigarettes, but are in the process of quitting right now. I have 4 beautiful step children, 3 boys and 1 girl. I also have 2 amazing godchildren, 1 boy and 1 girl. And we have two very loving furbabies and a gecko. Our home is very welcoming and loving.
