Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are a married interracial couple who cannot have children on our own . We need someone special willing to be our surrogate. We are ready to move forward, we have the space for our future child and the funds to start this journey. We are a family oriented and were foster parents for a few years. We fostered a baby that we fell in love with and help nurse him back to health ( was born from a drug addicted mother) after he was discharged from the hospital. We hoped and prayed that we would be able to adopt him one day but God had other plans his grandma did the work to get full custody of him, we were happy that someone in his family stepped up but it was bittersweet. I personally do not want to go through that experience again and want to try to go through surrogacy which would be the second best route for us than if we could have one on our own. That way no one else can claim the child and that child will be part of a forever home. We also looked into adoption but with so many obstacles to go through and the cost which is high as well we feel like surrogacy is a better option for us. We already have the sperm in a sperm bank and we are open to either traditional or gestational surrogacy.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a down to earth couple with a sense of humor enjoys life we are happy and eager to start our next chapter in our relationship and expand our family. We just bought a home on land in NC and have a bedroom ready to be turned into a nursery. We are very eager to get started and to find the right surrogate for us!

We are a loving couple, that unfortunately does not have unlimited income, however we are prepared to work out a deal with the surrogate to make sure they are compensated for helping us become parents. We would be so blessed and fortunate to meet a surrogate who would sympathize with our situation and want to help us build that family. With the high cost of an agencies we cannot afford to go that route, however we feel that that surrogate is doing much of the leg work and should be paid the most on this journey which we are prepared to do and of course cover the lawyer fees to make our baby legally ours, which is only fair. We would be so ever grateful. Since the sperm we want to use which has been screened for STDs is in a sperm bank we can have it shipped anywhere in the USA.
