Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Myself and my Husband Jamie have been trying to create our own family for 3 years with no luck as of yet, had extensive tests and scans from doctors and was told there was nothing out the ordinary, was on lots of conception tablets and ovulation inducers, but still nothing. The ache is sometimes unbearable and i would love the oppertunity to be a mum. My doctor said that they wont help me any more as they have done all they can apparently.

I am usually a bubbly and laid back individual whom loves cats, and spending time with my family.

Dear possible surrogate/egg donor The thought of being a parent, and having a child is exceptional. You should be extremely proud of yourself, What you do changes people's lives! I hope that i can hopefully find one, a person that will help change mine and my husbands life, and fill that gap thats been lurching there for what feels like forever.
