Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
When i had my daughter, it almost killed her as well as myself. I flatlined during my last surgery t try and stop the bleeding. We both ended uo in icu / nicu. I am at risk for that happening again. I wabt my daughter to have a sibling. But i cannot risk a babys life or my own.
