Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We have been trying to have a child for at least 5 very long years. We are one of those couples whos infertility is unexplained. We have tried every possible fertility treatment available with no results. Doctors don't know why I am not getting pregnant. It is heartbreaking to see again and again negative result on a pregnancy test and hope of having a child disappearing. A woman who would like to become a surrogate mother for us and help create a little bundle of joy for us will be blessed by me for the rest of my life.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
My friends and family tell me often that I have lots of patience and love, and that I would be a great mother. I have been married for over 10 years to a fantastic man who is smart, supportive and very loving. I am blessed to have him in my life. I am longing for a child to complete our loving relationship.

Dear Surrogate Mother, You are a miracle to happen to us. Because of You, we have some hope back in our lives. Hope to have a child to complete our loving and mutually supportive marriage. Even though we love each other there is someone missing. I believe the child who will come to our lives will be the most beautiful human being in the world and so much wanted!
