Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
When i was 31 weeks pregnant with my son i got into a bad accident at only 21 years old. I ruptured my uterus and i can no longer have kids of my own my uterus and cervix were both removed. My husband and i really would like to have a baby of our own, as well as adding to our family.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I love to see other people happy, i get great joy out of helping people in need. I love spending time with my family when im not at school, my husband works to make it possible for me to finish college. I have 3 beautiful babies from a previous relationship which my husband has stepped up and took on the role of their father. They have been non stop asking for a baby brother or sister. I would be beyond blessed to welcome a wonderful lady into our family for doing something so courageous for our family. I'm hoping to start the process asap.
