Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have been through a difficult time losing 2 children, our son 23 years ago who was only 3 weeks old and then the loss of our daughter who was still born 3 years ago. I have had 2 miscarriages as well and we feel that we are now at a stage where it is time to look at other alternatives.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a passionate and hard working. I work for a disability organisation and love my work. My husband and I are childhood sweethearts and have been together for 27 years. We are both happy and healthy and looking to complete our family with a child.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

Even though we have suffered great loss in our lives we are greatful to have each other. We have been blessed to have found our soulmate and would love to share our love with our child. We are both loving, kind and patient. I was a teacher for 18 years and now work in a disability organisation and my husband is a factory foreman. We have our own home which we would love to fill with the joyful giggles of our child. My husband is an amazing Uncle and Brother and when I watch the joy in his face when he plays with kids I yearn to see him have a child of his own. We are blessed to have each other but I would love to be able to share our love some more.
