Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I'm a single male, I went sterile in my 20s after a cancer treatment. Since then I started working trades and have secured a comfortable life. Because I am secure enough I am wanting to raise my own child. Before the treatment I had embryos stored for obvious future reasons. I would like to have at least 1 genetic or closed to child- in the regard if the embryos don't take hold (having one chance) I have a brother who can also "donate" to the cause.
