Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I had 3 miscarriages and lots of trail and error fertility before conceiving my daughter. I have had female issues since a teen. I had PCOS and endometriosis that eventually turned into andiomiosis. I layed in bed for days during my period, inter course became painful and at the age of my daughter being 9 months I had a partial hysterectomy.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a very out going and ambitious. I have a 5 year old daughter who is my everything. I am a welder by trade. We are always doing something, we love the outdoors we hunt, fish, rodeo ect. I'm very open honest country girl.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

I tell people all the time that I always wanted a handful of kids and God blessed me with one that's a handful. Lol. I always wanted more children and as my daughter gets older that desire grows cause she is growing up to fast for this mommas likings. My better half doesn't have any of his own children and is so amazing with my daughter, this is something we both want, I would love nothing more then to still be able for him to be a father.
