We have been trying to conceive for the past 9 years with no success. We have a case of unexplained infertility. We have tried several doctors and the diagnoses is that we are both alright and should conceive but it isn't happening. My wife will be 43 in a week from now hence we are running out of time. We have been advised to try surrogacy.
