Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I and our 1 year old daughter learned they would be welcoming in another sibling in the spring of *** the summer, my pregnancy was rough with preterm labor signs.In December of *** my uterus ruptured and I was rushed into emergency surgery.Baby Persephone Iris, at 38 weeks, died.I spent 40+/- days in the hospital as complication after complication threatened her life.I was told having another pregnancy will likely kill me.However, we still have a dream of raising a second child.We are in need of a gestational carrier but not donor(s).

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a mother, wife, pastor of a rural congregation, and LARPer. (That's dressing up in costumes and playing make believe, sometimes with foam swords.) I live my values of honesty, inclusiveness, loving the other and welcoming the stranger, and walking in humbleness.
