Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have always had a desire to be a father. I find myself at the age of 43 without a child of my own. I am in a committed relationship with a woman who wishes she could give me a child but she is unable to so I turn to you for help. I was the father figure for the children of my ex wife as well as a woman i was in a relationship with for 10 yrs but no biological children of my own.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a 43 yr old single man in a committed relationship. I have a stable job and own my own home. Both of my parents are still alive and I am close with my family. I am a non smoker in great health who stays physically active and exercises regularly. I have had a recent physical and been told by my doctor I am in the shape of a 30 yr old. Im the guy everyone calls to fix things be it personal or mechanical because they know I will always be there to help. I have so much love to give to a child and know that child would make my life complete.

To the woman who will help to make my life complete, I know what you are offering is a wonderful gift. I do not ask this of you lightly or without thought. I can promise you that the child you so selfishly help me create will be loved beyond measure and raised with solid family values , a strong love for life and the security of knowing he/she was wanted and is the most special gift I have ever received. Thank you for considering me ...I feel so lucky that there is someone like you out there who's heart is so open as to give so much of yourself to a stranger. Temujin
