Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We unfortunately are unable to have a child and have miscarried several times naturally. We also resorted to IVF treatment, which was unsuccessful, expensive and very emotionally draining. We both feel that surrogacy will give us the best opportunity to become parents.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a married couple of 6 years.I am educated to a PhD level in science and in full time employment.My wife works in the hospitality industry locally.We live in Wiltshire, UK, and have our own home.We both enjoy sports: football (both watching and playing) and judo (coach at local clubs), whilst my wife participates in a range of keep fit activities.
