Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are looking for a surrogate because both of my pregnancies were very high risk. I have a condition called Ehlers Danlos which complicates pregnancy and child birth. I also have hyperemesis gravidarum while being pregnant that puts me in the hospital a lot and causes me to loose too much weight making for a smaller birth weight baby.
