Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Three years ago, during our third IVF pregnancy, complications arose in the first trimester, which resulted in emergency surgery and my uterus and half my bladder were removed in an operation during which I almost lost my life. However although we have two beautiful boys- 5 and 8 my husband and I would still very much like the third child we have always dreamt of - of course because I am no longer able to attempt this myself we are contacting your organisation in the hope of help. We have explored and attempted, unsuccessfully, overseas options but now feel that our hopes may lie in local connections from local women empathetic to our needs, and a wonderful organisation such as yours.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a happily married woman of 36 years- as detailed below our situation in the past has been heartbreaking but we still are extremely hopeful of extending our family to three children even tho I realize how very fortunate we are to have two beautiful boys already. I play regulate sport and am very active and involved with our rural community.

Dear Friend- I would be unbelievably grateful and more-- if you were able to help us achieve our dream of a third child. We have our own embryos and our heartfelt hope is to be able to find a wonderful lady who could bring our dream to reality. It is a massive undertaking but we would be with you every step of the journey. My profile will explain the reasons we need to look at the hope of surrogacy help and our reasons are simcere and heartfelt.
