Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

The reason we are in search of a surrogate is because I am unable to carry children. I have Type 1 diabetes, which I was diagnosed with at 21. Unfortunately, being 42, diabetes has taken a toll on my body, and the doctors tell me, I am unable to carry a child. My husband and I have gone through all the testing, and we feel the best match, for us, is to find a gestational surrogate.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We have been happily married for 2 years. We are both in our early 40's,so we are excited to start a family as soon as we can. We both come from a strong family background, so we have a huge support system standing behind us. My husband is an engineer and I am a sales representative. Our careers have allowed us to establish a secure home, and an environment which we look forward to sharing with our future children.

Dear Surrogate, My husband and I are in search of a blessing. A blessing from a surrogate, who will provide us with the gift of carrying our child. She will provide nourishment, love and a place for our child/children to grow strong enough to meet this world. This is the most precious gift that we would be entrusting to a surrogate, and we hope that the blessing we are in search of, is willing to take this journey with us.
