Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I have been trying for 10 years to have children. We went through several miscarriages and fertility issues and we finally had a successful pregnancy in *** However, the pregnancy was tough I was on bed rest and our daughter was born as a preemie. We are now 2 years older and in our 40's and we just think it might be time to consider other options, as we want our daughter to have a sibling (s). We are an extremely loving and caring family with a ton of family in the area and we are looking for someone who will bond with us and help us complete our dream of having a family!
