Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have been having trouble conceiving over the past two years and recently found out a medical issue is to blame. We are just starting to look into alternative options to start our little family. Hoping to plan a path forward early next year. We already have a fertility doctor and are looking for gestational surrogate mothers who are currently available.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I are an easy-going, fun, active couple. We have an energetic pit/boxer pup who is looking forward to some playmates. We have a stable, loving home in Chicago and are ready to welcome some little ones into our lives. We already have 5 neices and nephews whom we adore and spend a fair bit of time with. Excited to give them some cousins!

First of all, thank you thank you for the gift of life you are providing. Having known first hand the struggle surrounding conception, it is a real comfort to know there are options. Like I said earlier, my husband and I are pretty easy going and will be easy to work with throughout the process. We will take your lead on many things, but one aspect we want to discuss up front is the openness to have twins. Again, thanks for your time reviewing our profile and we hope to hear from you soon!
