Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Motherhood has always been something that I have always envisioned for myself. Growing up, I understood that it was never an option to not become a mother. Even though I wanted to be a mother, I found out about 4 years ago that I could not medically carry a child due to adenomyosis and an underdeveloped cervix. The adenomyosis had gone undiagnosed for such a long time that it actually hardened my uterus to solid rock. This was devastating news because my boyfriend at the time (now husband) understood that our journey would be different and would need an amazing and brave woman to assist us with gestationally carrying our child. We are specifically looking for a gestational carrier as my husband and I already have our embyros created and frozen. We are just looking for that special woman to assist us in creating a family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

An amazing woman and wife hoping ready to take on the bliss and joys of motherhood. I have a wonderful husband who loves me dearly and we both are looking forward to sharing the tremendous amount of love we have between us with a child.

Dear Potential GS/GC, If you are reading this message, my husband and I, already appreciate you. The fact that you would extend your mind, body and soul to assist folks like us is beyond admirable. It is stressful finding a GS/GC and we are trying to hold on to every bit of faith to start a family. We welcome any potential GS/GC to reach out to us and we would love to chat and get to know you. We can't wait :)
