Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Have tried numerous routes, including getting married just to have children. Mutual agreement to do artificial insemination, unfortunately she was in love with me and wanted everything to happen naturally. I raised my steph brother from the age of three weeks up to 5 years old when I was only 12 years old. I need to be a father and do not have alternative avenues left.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Single Gay Male for over 14 years as I am not a typical Gay male! Very caring, very warm and mean what I say and what I feel. I am in the restaurant industry and already have started to down scale responsibilities in order to make space and time for the HOPEFUL privilege of becoming a Dad. I am a deep individual with a heart the size of all the Oceans brought together. I am huge on some of my family and very close friends. I love life and appreciate every moment! Off course I am not perfect by any means, but the one thing I do KNOW is that I will be a great father and role model!

The only thing that I could say is that I have eternal respect and gratefulness for the unselfishness that you are willing to go through to help a person like me to realise my dreams to be a Dad. Nothing could put that sort of feeling into words. For the willing individual I will be there each step of the way!
