Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My wife is unable to bear children of her own. We both come from loving families and we look forward to having children of our own.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My wife and I are seeking a traditional surrogate to help us start a family. We have been very happily married 7 years but have been unsuccessful with a pregnancy. We both come from great families and it is our hope to raise a child of our own. My wife Jill is an English instructor at a technical college and I investigate insurance fraud. We are both graduates of UW Milwaukee. We own a home in a rural area outside of Milwaukee and our many relatives live within 30 miles of us. We believe that parenting takes dedication and we are financially secure enough for one of us to be a stay-at-home parent initially. Neither of us use drugs or tobacco and we drink maybe once monthly. We both have clean criminal backgrounds and we have no divorce or mental illness in our families. I am 38 years old, 6 foot, *** pounds and I exercise daily. My parents take cholesterol medication but otherwise have no history of cancer or other disease.

We seek a traditional surrogate who is married and has children of her own. We both come from large, loving families and we fully expect that a surrogate would want a continuing relationship with us and the child. Under the right contract and conditions we are prepared to offer a financial reimbursement of up to $40k.
