Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have known since the age of 12 that I would never be able to get pregnant, being born with a rare disorder that resulted with me being required to undergo a partial hysterectomy at the age of 22 after many years of pain and suffering. As a couple, my husband supported me in never giving up our dreams of being blessed with having children; I now truly believe everything happens for a reason!!! It is through trials and tribulations, that we have learned that we can count on each other no matter what life presents, which continues to help us grow as a couple. We’ve always known we wanted children, and although that could never happen naturally, gestational surrogacy has always been something we have talked about. We are ready to give our unconditional love to a child and are excited about this next step in our life’s journey. We know God is actively preparing us to receive, welcome, and love a new baby, and we know that we are meant to build our family through gestational surrogacy.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I are from Cleveland, Ohio. For two people who generally would rather talk about anything other than themselves, pouring our collective life and heart on this page is not a simple task, but the motivation is powerful and the sentiment genuine. As you read about us, we are diligently praying for the child that God has in mind for our family. He has spoken to our hearts and has given us the desire to have a child through gestational surrogacy. My husband and I have been together for over 10 years and married for 2; we have literally been inseparable since the beginning! Throughout the years, our love has only deepened. We are fortunate to both have been raised in stable, supportive, and loving families. We have been able to vacation in some of the most beautiful places in the world, and experience different cultures. From the outside looking in, our lives would seem perfect; we have strong educational backgrounds, rewarding careers, and loving and supportive family and friends. However, we are missing the most important thing to us– a child to love and cherish!

Although we may not know you, we have great amount of respect and admiration for you, and are humbled by your courage and strength to choose to fulfill a beautiful dream by being a surrogate for someone or family!
