I always wanted to be a dad, but being a gay man, it wasn't a natural step for me in my 20s and 30s. I'm at a very stable point in my life and more than ever want to help guide some new human beings to make a strong contribution to the world.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I'm an adventurous person and have lived a big life. I've traveled to all 7 continents, written novels, create cultural events for hundreds of thousands of people every year, and run an LGBT non-profit. I own a house in Seattle and was born and raised in the area. I love hiking, writing in cafes, good food (I love vegetables most of all!). About the only two dreams I haven't fulfilled are starting a family and sailing around the world.

I'd love to find someone local (Seattle area) so that I can have regular communication and contact during the pregnancy. It's quite a journey for both of us, so let's do it together! I understand the sacrifice you're making in this choice and want to honor that with the reward of community and friendship. While I am a single man, I have a strong family (both given and chosen) and am lining up an opposite couple to help me co-parent part-time. I want my kids exposed to a wide variety of viewpoints and ways of doing things so they grow up adaptable and with all sorts of love and a variety of mentors.
