Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My wife and I became pregnant using IVF with a donor egg. She carried our baby to full term, but due to a complication during birth, our son only lived for 3 days. We have no children, but a lot of love to give. Both of us really want a family.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I'm 41, university educated, working in the engineering/technology sector. I had a great childhood and want to continue that for my own family. My wife and I have been together for 15 years and married for two. We always thought we would have children, and were very much looking forward to it when we got married. We were heartbroken when we discovered that getting pregnant was so difficult for us. Our plan is that my wife will be a stay-at-home mum when we have a child, so that we can do the best for him/her and have a loving bond.
