Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I've been with my partner for over 8 years and we've been trying for over 3 years to start a family. I'm in the 4% of unexplainable fertility - aside from a lower number of reserved eggs, everything else is 'normal'. I've tried five IUI's and was pregnant once, but had a miscarriage. I've also tried IVF, which was unsuccessful. My partner and I are hoping for a rare chance to have a family of our own.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I'm a fun and bubbly person with lots of love and patience for others. I have been working with vulnerable populations for the past 10 years and will likely continue advancing in this field. I am an active person who enjoys going to the gym, bike riding, tennis and hiking. I have a loving husband who works with youth and also enjoys being outdoors.

Thank-you for taking the first step to help others build a family. It's an extremely tough journey for a couple to find out they are unable to have a child. On my end, there is a lot of self blame and guilt as it seems I am the reason why I am unable to have a child with my partner. I greatly appreciate your generosity to help my partner and I.
Hello Angela, I am a 29 year old surrogate mother available to you. I'm an Early Childhood Educator and I'm the Principal of the Junior Kindergarten program that I work for. I have 2 biologocal children of my own and 2 step-children. My husband and I are finished having children, but we thought that since I enjoy pregnancy and have mastered childbirth, it would be nice to be able to help a family in need. Both of my pregnancies were natural vaginal births with no medical intervention. My first birth was roughly 5 hours and my second was roughly 3. My mother is both a Labour & Delivery Nurse and a Public Health Nurse and has educated me well in this department :) I'm of Caucasian Canadian descent, and my family and I live in Vancouver BC (I would deliver your baby at BC Children's Hospital). I worked with the South Community Birth Program. It's a wonderful, highly sought after program for expectant and new mothers. They have been amazing and they offer prenatal classes in which I would be happy to attend with you and your spouse, should you be interested. I would also be more than happy to have you present for the birth of your baby. You should be the ones the cut his/her cord, as well as the first to hold him/her.
