Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Being a daddy and having a family is something that feels so natural to me and is something that I yearn for. There will always be a hole in me that only having a family can fill. I have so much love, care, compassion, understanding, knowledge and experience to give. I would prefer to have children while I’m still young so that I can actively runaround, play, have fun and adventures with my children and bring them up in a loving, trusting, safe, happy and stable home.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a 26 year old, single gay man who has always dreamed of being a daddy and having a family. I am a young, enthusiastic, out going, funny, caring and nurturing person. I am mature and grownup for my age but love to be silly and have fun, especially with kids. I have a strong work ethic but also strong family morals. I support my mother raise two of my nephews which has been a really great experience in preparing me to be a dad. I am proud to say that I have been their positive male role model. I am a qualified and experienced social worker and have recently transitioned into a new role working for a charity that provides therapeutic support for children and families who have developmental trauma. I am training in Theraplay and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy too. I want nothing more in this world than to have my own family, to love and nurture and devote my life to a child. I have so much to give and have an amazing supportive family who will be a rock and a wealth of knowledge to help me on my parenting journey. I love animals and have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 horse. I have previously bred my dogs and delivered 26 puppies (across 3 litters) myself and resuscitated 4 of them. I love horse riding and adrenaline thrills, exploring the lakes and mountains, spending time with family, picnics in the park, cinemas, bowling, and more.

I would love to be a daddy and share the amazing gift that is a happy and fulfilled life with my children. I need a little help though... being a man means I need the help of a wonderful surrogate mother. I would love my child with all of my heart no matter what and I will support and provide for my baby throughout their lives. I am an experienced children and families social worker and have recently moved into charity work caring for children and families who have experienced developmental trauma using Theraplay and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. I have lots of hands on experience caring for and supporting my nieces and nephews from birth upwards. This will be invaluable in preparing me for my parenting journey with my bundle of joy.
