Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I are hoping to have a child that is at least partly biologically ours. Due to a serious health condition, I had a complete hysterectomy and am unable to carry children. We are looking for a traditional surrogacy to allow us to have a child. We always hear that we would be amazing parents, and we believe that we would be too! Please help us make this dream a reality!

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband, Will, is a hard-working man who love his family and loves life. He is an avid soccer player and enjoys spending time with friends and family whenever he can. Children flock to him, and he loves the time he gets with all of the kids in our lives. He would be an amazing daddy to any child. My name is Jen, and I have always loved kids, just have not been blessed with any of my own, for various reasons. I am loving and patient, and also love whatever time I can get with any of the kids in our lives. I love to cook and entertain, and once in awhile I get to go salsa dancing! I have always been told that I would be an amazing mother, unfortunately it was not meant to be that I have one traditionally. We live near many of Will's brothers and cousins, and we have many friends who we can lean on for support. We would love to have a little one to make our family complete.
