Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have PCOS and I am also 33yrs old, my family is number one, and I am wanting to have my own family. For those who do not know what PCOS is, it is a disease where there are cysts on my ovaries, making it extremely hard for me to ovulate. We have tried everything to conceive we are hoping that one of you out there will help us fulfill our dreams of becoming a parent.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a couple who have been trying to conceive for the last 11 years. He is 5'10 white, hazel eyes, dirty blonde hair, non smoking. I am 5'8, hispanic, black curly hair, light complected. We are both very close to our family and we are wanting to start our own. We are financially stable.

Hello, The gift that you have is a blessing to anyone you pick as a potential family. I wish that I could express in person how grateful others are to know that you are willing to help them to fulfill their dreams of becoming a family. The only thing I would like to say is thank you for your consideration of helping a deserving family, and hopefully you will help me to know what it is like to finally be called "mommy" and my husband "daddy"
